| Description | Hi Kerwin There are log that require additional review during VoC logs review. If you look at the attached log, the EDID value is coming in a little strange with ddc timeout There may be an error in the EDID, but it seems to be processed even though there is an error. Hi YK, From log, DDC has problems so EDID data is not correct. Based on our experience, there are possibilities: 1. TV HDMI port -> try to change another HDMI port on TV 2. HDMI cable -> try another HDMI cable 3. STB port -> use other device to connect to TV 4. Try to remove other devices connected to the same TV Then we can identify where the problem is.
